I am an independent recruiter based in Bulgaria with a background and education in psychology. I bring five years of in-house, agency, and freelance experience recruiting high-skill specialists — with deep roots in technical and engineering hiring — across the Bulgarian and, on a larger scale, international markets: from Europe to Africa and as far as Latin America, and now extending into the Middle East. Over that time I have made numerous placements for a wide range of clients and grown my professional network to more than 14,000 people worldwide. I have also led teams of remote recruiters, guiding, mentoring, and supporting them through their work.
